Focus Day gives your leadership team the tools to clarify who’s responsible for what, set priorities, improve communication, resolve issues and track critical numbers. You’ll use the tools for the next 30 days and improve your company.
Vision Building™—DAY 1
Another day with your leadership team where you review and sharpen the focus day tools. You’ll use the V/TO™, Vision / Traction Organizer™ tool to clarify your vision. You’ll also learn to use a great tool for reviewing people.
Your team will use these tools for the next 30 days to steadily improve your company.
Vision Building—DAY 2
Another day with your leadership team to master the Focus Day tools and continue using the V/TO tool to refine your vision and clarify the marketing strategy, 3-year picture™, 1-year plan, and priorities for the next 90 days.
With your leaders all on the same page, you’ll use the tools for the next 90 days to execute your plan.
Spend a day with your leadership team every 90 days to evaluate their performance, reflect, refocus, and set priorities for the next 90 days. You’ll also resolve any issues that might impede your progress.
The result: You’ll experience steady improvements to your business as you grow and become more effective!
Every year you’ll spend two days with your leadership team to work on team health, update your vision, and plan for the next year and quarter.
